It is very easy to set up a shortcut on the desktop, to launch the program.

Right click the mouse anywhere on the desktop, select "new" - "shortcut", the screen will look like this.

Select the browse button to find the Cad Publisher exe file in the CadPublisher directory, select the "next" button.

You are then prompted for a name for the program on the desktop, such as CadPublisher.

Select "finish" and you will have a new icon on the desktop.

Once you select the desktop it will become the CadPublisher icon.
