Double click on the Cad Publisher icon from the desktop.
Cad Publisher will now be open and ready to use. The Splash Screen will go away after a few seconds.
You may want to re-size the window to about 3/4 of full screen as we will be opening other parts of Cad Publisher through the Tutorial.
You then need to open a .job file.
